The downside, in my opinion, is that the most annoying thing is that we weren't given an access card or PIN or anything. So if we wanted to enter, we had to press the bell, and the receptionist wasn't fully on standby. There was a moment where we waited for a really long time downstairs, repeatedly ringing the bell until we shouted at it, but it still wouldn't open. Hmm, the rest is okay, that's the only problem for me.

The place is clean, safe. No doubt about it.

When you visit there, the staff require you to pay RM 10 per day for the travel tax. You must pay it even if you stay one night. After that you can get one bed, it is just one small bed that is not comfortable. and don't have a locker and key, uncomfortable for me.

Very comfortable, near from everywhere and I like stay at here. The all staff very kind and humble. Near from laundry and they have iron, the room clean and very recommended for stay here.

Access to the entrance is difficult, no access is given when entering. We have pressed the bell but the door was not opened by the receptionist, until several times the door was finally opened by other people who wanted to enter. It turned out that up to the top, the receptionist who was in charge slept in the room provided by the hotel. This is really bad! Receptionist not friendly at all. Luckily, I only used this hostel for a day, I won't be coming here again.
