The downside, in my opinion, is that the most annoying thing is that we weren't given an access card or PIN or anything. So if we wanted to enter, we had to press the bell, and the receptionist wasn't fully on standby. There was a moment where we waited for a really long time downstairs, repeatedly ringing the bell until we shouted at it, but it still wouldn't open. Hmm, the rest is okay, that's the only problem for me.
