Just Info, we are parents with 3 small children staying in Tower A Apartment Unit, it turns out that for apartment guests, only 3 people are allowed to use the Swimming Pool Facilities, if there are more than 3 people, each person is charged 150,000/person.

So want to come back again and again.

The service is not satisfactory, none of the facilities are usable, including the stove and broken shower

It was a bad experience. I had paid so much money without any good facilities.

We stayed in this unit for one night, and the experience was just okay. What bothered me was the condition of the unit. Some floor sections and parts of the walls were open, and there was a wall with a lot of mold, which was really awful. The host was nice, though, and check-in was easy.

It was very pleasant to stay here, the price is cheap, the facilities are full of star hotels, the location is in the center of Bandung, walking to Braga right in front of the hotel.

Great location and a great apartment, but it was ruined by the cleanliness. The floor in the bedroom was sticky, the shower had black mould and the drain was clogged, so my feet were never clean during my whole stay. Once the apartment has been deep cleaned it will be great, but if the owner keeps using the same cleaners I won't be back.

The room was dirty with a lot of stains, and it was noisy because of the trains passing every few hours. The door was hard to open, and the bathroom was an old-school type with dirty walls. For a price of around 1 million, I don't think it's worth it.

Good place, good apart with best view and near from Braga

Usually stay at the hotel, but because the hotel rooms are out, want to try the apartment. The room is clean, complete facilities (kitchen, refrigerator, dispenser, AC, TV), but the stove is not used because I don't intend to cook hehehe. Suggestion for the owner: add a trash can and toilet tissue in the bathroom. Oh yeah, the TV in the living room can't be used (don't know why, I didn't ask the manager either), it's not a problem because I can still watch TV in the room. The security is friendly, thanks to Teh Tia who helped. My husband once said that if he goes to Bandung again, he'll just stay in an apartment again 😊.

The room AC is not cold, dirty and often turns off by itself. Please review its suitability. How can something like this enter the application? Seriously!

Very good for a simple stay.

The location is very strategic, if you want to go to Braga, just walk. Because this is in the city center, right? I really like staying here, when I arrive there is a parking lot because the apartment specifically has its own parking space. "Most thumbs up for the good security of the apartment," everyone, next stay here again

Comfortable rooms, premium apartment building, strategic location, prices are cheap with various existing facilities, strategic location in Braga, you can walk to Braga for culinary delights, the swimming pool is very large, there is a warm water pool, the gym is also spacious, everything is free. The staff is very friendly. Thank You.

Good location not far to Braga.

I stayed in apartment tower A. 19RA2. When you get off the elevator on the left it goes straight to the room. The apartment is ok. There are 2 rooms with queen bed & double bed. Both rooms have TVs. Only 1 bathroom. There is a dispenser & given towels, soap, shampoo.

All good and satisfying. Just put it in. Please prepare a special officer for admin matters, not a security officer who doubles as admin.

The staff is friendly and nice. The apartment is comfortable and clean. One more thing, I once left something behind and was helped to return it. The best service and recommended especially tower A room 19RA2.

Hot water only for few minutes have to wait for sometimes, bed not as expected, towell quite old, air intakes hope it get clean, too many dust.
