Always stay at pillow.. Easy access and close to everywhere.. The staff service is humble and friendly.. Spacious vehicle parking.. And many more benefits and positive sides..

The parking is spacious, the prices are affordable, the staff are okay, there is a lift too, basically it's the best.

My experience of staying 1 night here... The atmosphere is comfortable, not noisy, the bathroom is clean, the wifi is smooth, the AC is really cold... It is located in the city center, so it's not far if you want to eat... I will stay here again if I come to Balikpapan again.

The faucet doesn't have regular water, it's really hot, you can't take a shower, the toilet is broken, you can't flush it, the button for the waste disposal is broken, if you have to flush it, the shower spray is broken

Got a room at 305, good elevator access. Overall the room was good. Unfortunately the bathroom smelled a bit like there was water seeping out of the toilet, so it was annoying.

The TV show itself is not very good.

The walls are moldy, the electricity often trips (goes out) on its own and the AC is sometimes cold and sometimes not (depending on the AC's mood)

The quality of cleanliness and tidiness of the room and the maintenance of the building, is good. The service is excellent.
