Yes, the atmosphere is scary and not maintained. Smelly water, dirty toilet, dusty cupboard, dirty trash can, dirty corridor, dirty balcony, no tissue, no soap and shampoo. The water heater doesn't work, the pillows are flat and dirty, the blanket is full of holes with cigarettes, the TV won't turn on. Cool right? I can only sigh and be patient because I really need accommodation. The point is this is a scam app photo. Please update the latest photo, maybe the one displayed is the first photo when this hotel was opened. Please take care of it, maintain it, and improve it in all aspects if you want to open this business. My score is 0/10. But unfortunately in the lowest app the score is 5. Thank you.

The hotel room is clean, the staff is also very friendly

The AC is not cold, room 231 is quite clean, the bathroom is also clean with smooth water... only the hallway of the room is dirty... stayed 1 night because I needed close access to Jalak Harupat... not bad for a short stopover...

The room is as desired for a family, just 1 room for four, the pillows are a bit smelly, the TV doesn't work, it's just a display, get a room on the 2nd floor facing the road, it's very noisy with vehicles passing by.

The hot water doesn't work, and there are no trash bins provided in the room. Everything is normal, quite clean.

Hotel terjorok yang pernah saya temui. Sabun mandi aja sampai busuk, WC ga disikat, seprei yang banyak bercaknya. Airnya bau besi. Kapok. Kapok mending yang sekalian mahal aja kalau mau menginap.

I didn't take a photo of the room. But my experience of staying was not bad with the cheap price. Please be advised. But the employees here are amazing. I'm from Jakarta staying at Pondok Eve Bandung. Once in Jakarta I left behind some things like a small bag, it contained my ID card, lipstick, 6,000 in cash, 2 Balinese pies hehehe, but I swear to God they were honest and sent the goods back through my brother who lives in Bandung to help me come pick up the goods. to me. The hotel was not very suitable, when I checked the room I immediately left again, asking for a refund and it was not processed.

Tangga tidak bersih, AC kamar panas, tidak ada angin sama sekali, bahkan remote AC ada di resepsionis, kalau ngga minta ya ngga dikasih, ada cotton bud bekas di atas dipan kasur, sangat jorok. Tempat sabun pakai botol bekas air minum, air yang keluar dari shower juga bocor.

Untuk owner, mohon menanggapi review dari pelanggan agar kualitas penginapannya jadi lebih baik. Kalau bisa dibilang, penginapan ini tidak sepi, yang menginap juga lumayan banyak, kasihan pihak front office yang menghadapi complain-complainan, dari AC tidak dingin, wc tidak bisa diflush, ranjang yang baru diduduki sudah patah, ternyata sebelumnya hanya direparasi sekedarnya, diperhatikan kebersihan lantai, tempat sampah, laci-laci di dalam kamar. Sepertinya pegawainya sangat kurang, front office merangkap office boy merangkap teknisi. Sekian review dari saya, semoga ditanggapi dengan positif dari Pondok Eve.
