Regret and will not want to stay here again. Honestly, we moved hotels here because we wanted to meet friends. It turned out that the room was dirty and dusty. The lemongrass was very dirty and never changed, making me uncomfortable because I brought a baby, so my child was itchy. I informed the receptionist and they argued and the complaint was not responded to properly. The water was never refilled and the room was never swept. The bathroom water was also sometimes on and sometimes off. I booked this hotel with breakfast but the breakfast was not tasty. It seemed like it was just there. The rice was not cooked properly. The elevator often had errors. Highly not recommended.

Sorry to say.. Room: - The smell from the bathroom enters the room - The room also smells - The bathroom floor is 🤢🤮 (I wore sandals) - The room floor is also dirty - VERY NOISY. NOT SOUNDPROOF. This really needs to be renovated. Or just change the photos to the current condition, so people don't feel cheated :(

Got a high season price of up to 900k, but the contents inside are lousy, there are no amenities (soap, toothbrush) and the room is just ordinary, overrated long weekend price increase. And most importantly, it is very different from what is in the photo.

The location is quite strategic, but the hotel area is dirty. The room was also not clean, the sheets, pillowcases, towels were a bit dirty, the bathroom smelled of urine, the hot water only lasted a short time, the roof of the bathroom had a hole in it like a xehos had been removed. It's a bit uncomfortable for people staying here.

Bed cover with many stains was not replaced / washed even though I had requested a change of bed sheet. The bathroom had a lot of crust and moss as if it had never been brushed / cleaned. The pillowcase was dirty with lots of stains, even though it was fragrant but the stains made me uncomfortable. I tried to ask for an explanation but the receptionist's answer was "it has been washed but the laundry is like that" an unacceptable reason. If it was the laundry that couldn't wash it clean, they could change to another laundry, in reality other accommodations can be clean and not like that.

For the facilities, it's okay, there's Netflix and hot water, but the room, sheets and bathroom are dirty and full of mold. The cleanliness needs to be improved.

The room is spacious, but the floor has a wide patch. It makes it uncomfortable to look at. There are also stains on the sheets. It seems that because the sheets and towels are white, they become duller over time. But the service is okay, huh?
