This villa is amazing. - Bedroom 3 (1 with AC). - 2 ensuite bathrooms; 1 outside bathroom; 1 outside toilet; washroom. - The swimming pool is clean and large with tires and floats (1.2 - 1.5 m deep). - There are 2 kitchens and they are equipped with exhaust. - Karaoke works well plus there is a sofa on the 2nd floor. - On the 3rd floor there is an open space where you can see the mountain or view the city of Batu. - Provided amenities (towels, soap). - Refrigerator, gallons of water, coffee, instant noodles available. - Hot water runs smoothly. - Friendly owners. For those who stay with small children, always accompany them when climbing stairs and when swimming. The minus is that there is no back door access key so the parking lot is narrow but fortunately in front of the house there is a large area where you can park. Even though it's extraordinary, but overall it's a very homey and pleasant stay at the Penny House. Auto back again if you need a villa in Batu. 🥰.
