Dirty bathroom. Towels are shabby and don't absorb water.

often go to Semarang, I subscribe to the Grandsaraswati hotel. The location is very strategic, the deluxe room is spacious, the bathroom is equipped with hot water, 2 bottles of mineral water are provided, the hotel area has many food sellers so you are not afraid of starvation. for breakfast in front of the hotel there is a vegetable lontong seller, the service is friendly and fast, there is wifi. basically satisfied with the staycation here. recommendations for those of you who are from out of town to choose a hotel with an affordable price.

stayed overnight because I had to go to the station in the morning, for the affordable price, but maybe because it's cheap the facilities and service are nothing, when I arrived the reception desk was empty but people were hanging out at the bar, and instead of being approached, I was shouted at from the bar, "want to check in sir??!!" very impolite, even though I had already booked and was told there was none, when I saw the booking receipt I just realized that I had already booked, I was asked to fill out a form even though my name was printed on the form as the guest who booked, then the form was hastily snatched as a form of correction, and I was only asked to write my cellphone number and signature, check in for 2 people, no towels at all in the room, had to ask downstairs and even then they only gave me 1, no toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom, one of the bedside lamps was out, the location of the power socket for the charger was too far away, not next to the bed so I had to make an extra effort if I wanted to charge my cellphone..notice that the guest parking at the back is cut off, please improve the human resources and room facilities

The hotel is quite good and strategic, but the sheets and towels are old, the color is already dirty brown, not white anymore, cleanliness needs to be improved, but I'm satisfied, thanks.

For the price offered is enough, strategic location. But the room is not clean, brownish sheets, dirty bathroom with lots of crust, there are cockroaches that enter the room from the bathroom. The building as a whole feels dirty.

Towels and bed sheets can be provided in whiter colors, to make a more impressive impression.

Very dirty. The rooms are old and lack maintenance, lots of cigarette ash. The bathroom is really dirty. It's a shame I didn't have time to take a photo.

I swear I really remember my charger was still attached to the wall socket in my room, because before I asked, I was still charging it and the position of the wall socket was on the table where I put my pants. After I asked, the answer was really disappointing and I insisted that I didn't leave anything behind.

Worse, I ordered a delux room and was given a rotten room because I had to arrive early. That's the function, have you made a reservation, have you paid anything, how come you still get a rotten room that doesn't match the one in the Traveloka application.

I informed him that the towel had just arrived, even though I only checked in at around 19.00.

Old hotel that is not maintained. The elevator is dingy, the room floor is dusty and the bathroom is dirty.

Disappointed! Really not recommended! First room, the window can't be closed. Replaced with another room, the AC wasn't cold, I complained but didn't care, even though I stayed 3 nights. The doormat is torn, the curtains are torn. The furniture is in bad condition.

The place is not well maintained and not clean.

The bathroom. In my room there is a bathtub but it is really worn out, the paint is glued on which makes it inconvenient to take a shower or go to the toilet. Unfortunately I didn't have time to take a photo.
