Overall, the experience was not good. The condition of the location was not in accordance with what was offered in the hotel listing. The bathroom was dirty, the water smelled, and the mattress caused itching. The surrounding atmosphere was also not good, tending to be dirty and smelly. It seemed that we were not given a room according to the specifications, although we did not know whether the one according to the specifications was better or worse. Finally, we decided to move hotels. We are aware that the price is cheap, but once again we must emphasize that the experience was very different from what was offered in the listing. The only positive thing was the hotel staff who were quite friendly and helpful. Sorry, we don't mean to bring you down, but we have to be honest for the common good. Thank you.

The AC is not cold. It feels very hot if you choose the type of cabin in the morning towards noon. Hot water does not work.

In my experience, the bathroom was not clean, the toilet did not flush and there was no faucet head for spraying and cleaning. In short, the room and bathroom were not comfortable.

Very Dirty, The staff did not try to clean it, The swimming pool was full of garbage, I will think twice now if I want to stay there, especially with my family, the toilet leaked and there was no water, the soap was empty, the extra bed was not given a sheet, I asked for a broom to clean it myself but it was not given, so the owner should evaluate everything, it used to be nice there, not as bad as it is now. Even though the location is strategic, but my goodness, the maintenance and management are very bad.

When I got here, the TV and wifi didn't work. Other than that, it was ok, according to the price. Thank you.

Regret the facilities in this inn, the toilet smells all the way to the room. The photos do not match the reality, the room is small. Didn't stay. Moved to another hotel.

Not proper cleanliness, the house has ants in the rooms, the floor is dirty, and worst of all the floor is wet because of seepage!?!?!? Sigh! Please pay attention to the cleanliness, pay attention to its readiness because the hotel material is made of wood, so you have to pay more attention to its readiness to prevent discomfort like this.

The room does not match what is advertised. The room booked and the room given were very different, the bedroom was so dirty it was messy. The TV is a black and white ant. The wifi didn't connect, so I wanted to stay overnight so it didn't work. A bit disappointed for the price paid. If you had known you would get a room like that, you wouldn't have booked it. 🥴 Please make an app that if you advertise it, it must match the reality. So that we don't feel cheated🤬

The hotel has many employees but it's dirty, like it's rarely cleaned. The toilet doesn't have a hanger. The toilet flush is clogged. That price should be enough for the cleanliness of the facilities and others. Parking is also paid for, lol.

Konsep penginapan yang unik, harga sangat terjangkau, dekat pusat kota (tugu lampu gentur), kolam renang besar ada tiga namun kurang bersih. Saat menginap dapat unit kamar yang kamar mandinya bau dan klosetnya kotor. Semoga pengelolaan kebersihan hotel ini bisa diperbaiki.
