It was all great! Great location and service.

The bad thing about Sleeping Lion is that there's a long queue to take the elevator, and there's also a long queue to check in. Other than that, it's good.

The hotel is very clean.. Comfortable.. The staff is nice, quite close to the MRT, places to eat and Pavilion.

The hotel was very amazing and a great experience to stay here. The location is in the center of the city, easy to walk, and has good accessibility.

The room was comfortable for two, the bathroom was clean, the hotel staff were also friendly, there was something left in front of the hotel, it turned out to be safe... Thank you very much Sleeping Lion, next time I go to KL I will stay here again...

It's ok, but every time I want to tap the hotel access card, it doesn't work, I always have to go to the receptionist, I asked for a high floor but I didn't get it, so the view wasn't good because I was given a low floor, otherwise it's ok, I've been here several times, but this stay wasn't pleasant because the access card kept giving errors.

Basically all are good. Only the bed is too small

booked a superior king room 21sqm, end up giving me the Junior room 19sqm, the hotel insist it's a correct room size, the room size isn't according to pictures from app, the wall against the bed is too narrow as in Junior superior room 19sqm, I payore for 21sqm room

Our family stayed here on September 17-18, it was very enjoyable, close to the pavilion, there is a delicious place to eat roti canai at the Kandar cafe

Close to the pavilion, but the area is congested. Initially, we were given a room with a broken refrigerator and water heater. So we asked for a replacement, and it was immediately replaced. The service was excellent with complete facilities.

Second time stay here. Great location, excellent service as usual. But i am not sure why deluxe king room feel smaller than superior king or it”s just about the layout 🤔 Thank you
