First time staying here, I expected to recommend it but it turned out to be bad when checking in was easy and simple when I got the key and entered the new room, but if I haven't gotten a towel, I finally decided to go to the receptionist again to ask for a towel and the receptionist said the laundry was late, I can still accept it, it's just a bit strange, there was no preparation at all, you should know when check in and check out are all prepared, and after I decided to buy food, the room was locked, of course when I went back, I passed the receptionist and I asked for a towel because I clearly remembered that I hadn't gotten a towel, after getting the towel I went back to the room when I entered I was shocked, the towel was already there on the bed, it's strange, how could the staff enter without confirming to the guest even though the staff knocked on the door, whether someone answered or not, there must be etiquette, what's more, I was new to checking in, how could it not be checked if there was someone in the room what do I think this is very impolite, the intention to recommend this was rejected and very disappointed, there must be no good ethics from the hotel, the staff who delivered the towels, the receptionist only apologized, man, there were no missing items, the only thing that is really unfortunate here is the etiquette, what is certain is that once you stay here, you will regret it, from the towel problem to the staff entering the room without permission.
