Honest review. When I arrived at the room, there was only 1 slipper, a towel with holes, and only 1 toothbrush and soap for amenities. I called the receptionist and asked for a toothbrush, but they said the supplier was late in sending it. The breakfast food variety is lacking even though the price is quite reasonable and it's not worth it. But the room is comfortable, spacious, and there's a desk, so it's nice to work, but unfortunately the wifi is slow. From Artotel Jogja, Bandung, this one is a bit lacking, maybe because it's a new hotel, hopefully it can be better.

If you go to Cikarang, Casa Artotel is definitely your choice. The hotel is nice, comfortable, clean, and close to the Aeon toll road.

This is my 2nd staycation at Artotel Casa Cikarang. Why do I like it here? Because the place or location is not too noisy... suitable for people who want peace... for breakfast, I like the spring rolls, they are delicious. For the rest, it's ok... for the cleanliness of the room floor, maybe it can be improved. When I stayed for the 2nd time, I only found a few water spots on the floor, it seems like it came in from the gaps in the balcony window... but overall the service is good, the atmosphere is comfortable... I forgot to take photos because I was too busy relaxing on the bed.

The price is affordable, worth buying. For improvement: the AC needs to be cooler, yesterday the AC was not cold enough.

Once a month I have a business trip and anything else in Jakarta and Jababeka, but I always prefer to stay here for a few days every month. The location, service, and the special thing is the quiet hotel environment, which inspires me to write. Almost all the staff know each other by heart, and I really appreciate this, it means they serve from the heart, not just carrying out SOPs!!! Many hotels forget to "put" their heart into service, Artotel Cikarang does it well. From the staff to the security guards, they are friendly, human-friendly, not "robotic" friendly like most hotels... Thanks Artotel, I will include it in my book... See you next month.

The hotel is very close. I stayed there for business. It's clean and affordable.

I stayed for 3 nights. It's a wonderful experience. The room is so spacious and clean. The environment is quiet. My room is facing the east, so it's beautiful to see the sunrise every morning. The staff are friendly and helpful. For sure, I will stay again in this hotel.
