Self-check in and check out without staff. There is a machine on the balcony, 100 VND convenient.

The apartment is beautiful and has all the amenities I need.

Central location near the beach, reasonable price

Clean room, fully equipped, with washing machine and kitchen, but there are many chopsticks but few spoons hihi, super friendly staff, very enthusiastic, support motorbike rental, quick check-in procedure

The manager was friendly and allowed me to stay in the same room when I booked an extra night. However, the experience afterwards was terrible: The bathtub smelled and was as dirty as a public toilet. At night, we were horrified to find the bed full of strange hair under the pillow even though we had never used it. We called the manager at midnight, the staff came to change the bed sheets carelessly, and even entered the room wearing slippers. The next day, the room was not cleaned properly: no free water was added, the towels were not changed even though we had informed the manager (the explanation was that the guest had just called to change them). In short, the room was dirty (especially the bathtub and bed), the sofa was very dirty, the staff had a good attitude but were unprofessional.

The toilet faucet was leaking when I checked in, I thought it was a water outage, I went to the toilet and there was no water to flush. After I got out and turned on the water valve, the water was dripping. The bed sheets were extremely dirty and old. There were too many ants in the room. They crawled all over the bed, the dining table, and into my suitcase. I slept with ants at night, the little ants bit me painfully :)) The sofa cover made the room look so unsightly, it made the whole room ugly.

I got a room that was quite clean and tidy. Because the room was in the center, it was quite convenient to travel. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

Room for 2 people is quite spacious, clean and airy.

I booked 2 rooms but they didn't come to clean and change the bed sheets. The bathroom wasn't very clean either. I think the room should have white lights because the yellow lights make the room feel damp and dark.

Too good too great with cheap price compared to hotel

The room was really bad. The pictures were posted when the room was new and looked sparkling. When I checked in, I was shocked. I checked out immediately that night. The sofa had broken legs, was crooked, and the upholstery had holes (as in the picture). The curtains were all unhooked. The kitchen cabinet door latch was broken and they didn't even replace it, the TV shelf was broken and they didn't remove it, it was left as is. The white wall was very dirty and had a lot of dust. And the worst thing was that the room smelled very bad. I went down to ask the receptionist and found out that many people complained because they were fooled by the pictures posted that weren't true to reality like me. I called the owner of the room but the phone couldn't reach him, it was always "oh, oh, oh". Very disappointed.

The apartment is within the price range but not very clean.
