for beginners, good.... nice, the AC is really cold....

the hotel staff is nice, but they don't smile enough, they're getting tired. the room smells good, but the AC isn't cold enough, just cool, the shower doesn't work or I don't know how to use it. access might be difficult for cars. then the TV can open YouTube, it's really good.

The sheets are dirty, not new, they smell a bit, the room is also dirty, not clean and damp, security is okay, only the room is dirty, not like the picture, if you have already booked 2 days, just move to another hotel.

Highly not recommended! The staff is really annoying. The water didn't turn on, my husband and I didn't shower, the room smelled musty, the sheets had blood spots all over the corners, especially on the pillows, it was dirty. Had to check in 1 day because I was in a hurry and I was really sleepy so I had to look for a hotel again because I was bringing a 2 year old child, it was a shame to be taken around. There was no signal at all until I hung out outside the room and it still wasn't there. Bad mood!

Fasilitas sesuai harga, tapi pelayanan zero. Kamar sudah jelas kosong, even 5menit sebelum jam 2 tidak boleh check in early. Receptionist yang laki-laki sinis sekali dalam melayani customer. Bad.

The receptionist at check-in was really curt, the bathroom was dirty, the floor was slippery because of a dirty mop, never again.

Judging from the ratings 1-4, choose the middle. Choose a *premium* room but the floor is slippery and the edges of the walls are dirty, the bed cover has lots of yellow spots and the mattress pad has several marks (blood) (it's best to replace it with a new one) and what's worse is that they don't provide tissue but I don't know about another room, maybe I wasn't lucky yesterday. In terms of access, it's actually good, whether you want to find something to eat or take a short walk, the parking area is large and there is a canteen at the top, the location is nice and quiet because it's in an alley. The room is okay but the atmosphere is very noisy outside the room. Like people walking, running in the corridor, opening room doors, people talking in the lobby and singing and playing the guitar.
