The Dago Suite receptionist on duty on Thursday, May 23 at 3 pm said there was no cooperation with Traveloka. The receptionist was very uncooperative, there was no advice whatsoever, so the check-in process took a very long time, we had paid in full for 3 days but it was like being ping ponged. The room was also dirty, even though we brought a baby so we had to wait for it to be cleaned again. The Travelio staff on duty were quite helpful.
