We had a room on the first floor, which had two drain pipes leading from the upper floor. These pipes should have been covered with soundproof walls or boards to avoid creating a dirty and disturbing impression when guests above defecate or urinate.

No towels were provided. When I asked for them, they said they were at the laundry. The sheets had red stains on the blankets, and I couldn't tell if they were blood. The hot water wasn't running, which was a shame.

I booked 2 rooms for 1 night at the last minute. The photos don't reflect the reality, the rooms were not clean, the linens and towels were stained and worn, and the previous guest's trash was still left behind, so I had to ask for air freshener because my room smelled bad. There were no bath towels or bath mats in the other rooms, and the bathroom was dirty and unclean. I had to cover the bed with a blanket because the linens were so dirty. I was forced to stay here because there were no other accommodations available in the area. Although the area is nice, more attention should be paid to cleanliness to make guests more comfortable. Not recommended, worse.

Quite a budget hotel even though the location is a bit uphill.

The room was damp and musty, full of dust, the sheets were stained, and the towels looked like they'd been used by other guests and were discolored. The bathroom was dirty, especially the toilet bowl, which was crusty. Absolutely not recommended. I finally arrived within 10 minutes and checked out and moved to another hotel. #NoMore

This was the first time I'd stayed in a hotel where towels were required. As an out-of-town guest, I didn't go straight to bed. First, I'd shower to freshen up. It's important to be well-prepared the day before guests arrive.

Because we arrived a bit early, we couldn't get into our room. The rules require 2:00 pm, so we waited by the pool in a dirty environment. While waiting to get into our room, we were disturbed by the sound of staff cleaning the room and shouting at each other. It seemed like all the staff were male, with no women. Exactly 2:00 pm, we entered our room and, as usual, immediately checked everything. The pillows were dirty, the bathroom had no towels, and the hot water wasn't working. The mistake may have been the initial mistake of not checking reviews from previous guests before check-in. It seems there have been many reviews like this, and no improvements have been made. We apologize.

Staying with my wife and children, there were no towels, I had to ask first, and when I got them I only got one towel, no mat, no toothbrush, no toothpaste, no tea, coffee, and even no water. For the price of around 300, there are still many better facilities around Batu City.

For comfort, it's still okay, but for environmental cleanliness and room cleanliness, we need to pay more attention 🙂

Please repair the water heater.

I apologize in advance, I'm not trying to criticize, but this is for improvement. Please fix this: 1. Make sure the room has complete amenities like towels, mats, etc. 2. How can a hotel like this run out of water? What kind of water tank do they use? 3. The room windows won't close. 4. Did the staff only clean the floor? Didn't they check the mattress? When I opened the blanket, I found some dirty snacks. 5. Checked in at 2:00 PM but still waiting for the room to be cleaned? Please fix this so it's better, thank you🙏

Stayed 2 nights during the Christmas holidays for a total price of 1 million but it was not worth it at all. The room door was difficult to open, towels had to be requested first, soap was not available, the toilet was poorly maintained, the AC seemed rarely cleaned, the water heater often didn't work, the cleanliness of the room and toilet could be improved. Hopefully in the future they can provide better service and according to the price so that visitors are not disappointed and want to stay there again.

Overall, the place and service are all comfortable. However, during our stay, the hot water was sometimes available and sometimes not. Everything else was comfortable. - There's a swimming pool (although it's small and the cleanliness is a bit lacking) - Cool AC - Good TV

Highly recommended for the Batu area, close to Selecta. The hotel is very chilled out, perfect for couples.
