aku nginap untuk 1 malam dan type utk 1 orang. dengan harga yang bersahabat tempat ini sangat aku rekomendasikan. AC nya dingin✔️, TVnya pakai siaran lokal✔️, ada kettle, akses pesan makananan dan rasanya juga enak✔️. utk shower nya hanya ada air biasa (gak ada water heater) but overall it's worthy. next bakal datang lagi. terimakasih.

I waited too long behind the hotel, the housekeeper was not quick to clean the room that had been used by someone, there were only a few employees who could guard it, so I had to wait 3 hours, with the excuse that the booked room was still being cleaned even though I was tired, I wanted to take a shower and rest but I was even more tired waiting, the room was quite clean but the service was lacking

Very disappointed when I arrived but it didn't meet my expectations... I intended to arrive late at night. I could just rest but I didn't know I had to wait for hours, the room wasn't ready, the kids were already sleeping... this was the first and last time I stayed at this hotel. Thank God the security guard was nice

The hotel is terrible, waiting for a room for hours, when I first booked a room it was not available, I was cheated 3 times with the room type, then I got a dirty room, smelled of urine, basically the service at this hotel is really bad, housekeeping and receptionists blame each other, its history is not worthy of being on travelokahotels like this.

The AC is really cold, I like it. The TV is on and can be used. But please maintain cleanliness. Lots of dust, the bathroom is quite smelly, the sheets are shabby and smell a little sweaty and musty. The floor is not swept clean enough. Maybe according to the price, less than 100 thousand.

Arrived at the hotel at 5 pm, but when checking in the room was not ready, we could move in at 6 pm. They said it was because it was crowded and there were only 2 people staying. The room was okay but the sheets were dirty with lots of hair and the towels were the previous guest's towels🥹

I was very disappointed that the room I ordered was not what I ordered. I ordered and paid for an executive double room and chose the highest price for comfort. When I got there, I was given a room type below the one I ordered because the type I ordered was already full.

Arrived at 5 pm, the room was not ready.. Waited until 5. Even though the check-in time was 2. The hotel pictures on the application looked like the condition of the hotel when it was new. Ordered a non-smoking room, but was given a smoking room. The room smelled really bad of cigarette smoke. There were only 8 local TV channels. The bathroom was dirty and the drain was clogged with lots of hair so it was stagnant. The towels were brown. Only stayed there once.
