the hotel staff is friendly, but the breakfast menu is very simple, standard. there is no elevator so you have to climb the stairs, you can ask the staff to help you lift it to the front of the room. because there are only 2 floors and the view is monotonous, it's a bit boring. overall, I'm not curious anymore, I've stayed here for 4 hours

Wow. It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. Clean. Comfortable. Definitely will come back to stay here if I go to Jogja. The breakfast is okay, the omelettes and sandwiches are delicious. The location is close to everywhere.

Stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel smells really good and is clean. The breakfast is delicious. Malioboro is also not too far, only 10 minutes. I just forgot to take pictures.

The parking lot is a bit narrow, but usually the hotel staff helps. The receptionist, hotel staff and baristas are friendly. The room cleanliness is okay. Only the breakfast variety is not so good. The location is in Prawirotaman 2 so it is close to everywhere. Many cafes, coffee shops, minimarkets and markets.

It's great, I'll come back here again, hehe

Nice hotel. Quiet location.

The hotel atmosphere is calm and comfortable, complete bathroom facilities. For the deluxe king type, there is still no hairdryer and iron. Hot water is on, cleanliness is ok. For the breakfast menu, there is a menu provided and it tastes good.

Really enjoy staying at Dhipa Kinanthi. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are many places to eat around the hotel, so you can just walk. One of the recommended places to stay in Jogja 😍

friendly staff can leave your stuff before check in time, spacious room enough to add an extra bed is still spacious, cold air conditioning, hot and cold water runs smoothly, close to Prawirotaman market, comfortable Prawirotaman area in front of the hotel there is soto pak mek, no lift, breakfast is quite good although not too much, there are omelets and instant noodles ready to cook too, worth it if you are looking for a place far from the hustle and bustle of Malioboro

The perfect accommodation. Just right close to everywhere, just right size of accommodation, just right size of bathroom, just right size of bed, just right breakfast menu and just right affordable price. The food in the cafe is delicious & cheap. Special thanks to Mbak Dila (receptionist) who is very helpful. The accommodation's Whatsapp is also very, very fast response. Thumbs up! Staying at Dhipa is very homey. If I go to Yogya, I want to go back to Dhipa.
