The staff is friendly, the hotel location is affordable, the rooms are clean, the toilets are clean.

Friendly staff, clean environment. Only some facilities are in need of updating, such as the smart TV.

The room was clean, but unfortunately, the AC wasn't cold, as other guests commented. The sheets and pillowcases were yellow, and it's recommended that they be replaced for better comfort. The mini fridge also wasn't cold. The bathroom mirror was yellow. The food wasn't very varied and the taste was mediocre. Since the ISPI takeover, the hotel's quality has declined. It was better when it was under IBIS management. The plus side is the staff service is good. The receptionist is friendly. The security is also friendly and polite. I chose this hotel just for the kids to swim. However, the pool isn't as good as it used to be. One area of the kiddie pool is no longer active. There are too many leaves in the kids' pool and it's not cleaned. The bathroom is also poor, with see-through glass, a door that won't lock, and no lights. The only thing that makes it comfortable is the adult pool. Hopefully, there will be improvements in the future.

Service is good, security is good. Unfortunately, the swimming pool is very dirty, especially the children's pool.

Highly recommended for a family vacation with access to a fun swimming pool for the kids. The staff is friendly and responsive, and makes you feel at home. Initially, my husband chose a smoking unit, but when he arrived, the smell of cigarettes was very strong, not child-friendly, as it is a room with a smoking area. 😁 Then I tried to ask for a non-smoking unit, and it turned out I was very happy. It was pleasant. Check-in was quick. The hotel is located on the side of the road, but the room wasn't noisy from traffic. The pool is also a Matador waterpark, so it was busy. The cleanliness needs improvement. The room floor was very dusty. The sofa and sheets had lots of stains, although they were clean. The bathroom would be difficult for someone overweight, hehe, it's very cramped.

The staff is friendly, the breakfast variety is quite good, but the bathroom door has no lock and some of the locks are loose so the door doesn't close tightly.

+ location on the main roadside + cheap price because it includes waterpark+breakfast + there is a cooking class + cold room AC + there is a water heater - towels are not ready, it took a long time to call. finally asked the staff who cleaned, and got towels with holes - bought 3 types of food, only 2 arrived, 1 was finished but why was there no confirmation 😒

Thank God the AC is hot..so I don't sleep very well..please fix it for comfort
