The room was uncomfortable It was very dirty The water was not clean, so dirty that I couldn't take a shower.

unfriendly service, used bed sheets, unfriendly service, not recommended to stay here, no more towels, toothbrushes, there is a 100,000 key deposit, my deposit was forfeited even though it was not in the agreement that if the bed sheets were wet the deposit would not be returned, eating dirty money. the 100,000 deposit was taken just because the bed sheets were wet, when checking out at 12 midnight, their reason, the admin who is a blonde woman, they wanted to sell the room again but it wouldn't sell because the bed sheets were wet. last time staying here. not recommended. very bad

The only downside is that the water runs out on the first day, so you have to wait up to 2 hours.

Ordered a double bed. Got a single bed.

The location is very close to the airport. Too bad the accommodation is getting worse. In fact, it used to be clean and quite comfortable to stay here every time before the dawn flight. Unfortunately, the last time I stayed, the water was off and did not flow at all. It has been reported to the receptionist, it turned on for a while but then turned off again. Hopefully it will not happen again in the future.

When there is a blackout there is no generator so the water and AC are off.

Close and easy to get to the airport especially if the flight is very early in the morning.

The bathroom had weeds when I first arrived, lots of them, very disgusting. The bed was a little wet but still okay. The service was good. Unfortunately, the wifi can only be used by 1 cellphone per room, thankfully it can be a hotspot with bluetooth.

The location is very close to Sam Ratulangi Manado Airport, a clean and comfortable place

The hotel is close to the airport, the receptionist is nice, the rooms are quite clean and you can rent a car to tour around Manado city.

One day transit assisted by car rental staff for tours around Manado city.
