All good and fine, there are some staff who are not smiling enough. Friendly? Very, not smiling much. The downside is the wifi on the 2nd floor is very slow, sometimes disappears, whether on the 1st or 3rd floor the signal is good, we don't know. The breakfast is also delicious.

The internet connection is really bad in the room and the room wifi can't be accessed either. The female staff who guard the restaurant are really noisy, joking with each other and shouting and disturbing. The cleanliness is okay.

Everything is okay.. but unfortunately there is no kettle & small refrigerator in the room and drinking equipment. Kettle can be rented for 50 thousand / day. Then, the hot water for bathing is also not functioning properly. Hopefully it can be improved better..

The hotel reception staff, Mas Ade, is very friendly and polite. The food is delicious and tastes just right. The room is comfortable, just need more attention and input for the sheets and blankets, there are spots that haven't been replaced, like the towels too. But the rest is good.

The towels were yellow, the bathroom mat was not changed even though it was wet and muddy, the sheets were full of dirty stains, the food was salty and not fresh.
