Usually book a reddoorz room here, but yesterday I tried the deluxe, hoping to get upgraded facilities from the usual. But in reality, the room was full of dust, cockroaches everywhere, the AC was not cold, the bathroom was dirty, the towels seemed more appropriate to be called doormats than towels. The only plus is because the location is strategic and the security is friendly. Please improve the cleanliness.

The check-in process was fast, the staff was quite friendly, the downside was that there were mosquitoes and cockroaches in the room, the pillows looked like they had stains, the refrigerator also looked like it had never been cleaned, the smell was pungent, other than that it was pretty good for just transit.

Very good, everyone in Palembang must come here. The place is comfortable, the room is clean, the bathroom is clean but unfortunately the bathroom door can't be locked. Highly recommended for staying overnight, and strategic location but unfortunately there is no car park.
