The hotel reception staff was extremely indifferent. They weren't friendly to customers. The room was filthy, with no windows, like a haunted house.

I don't smoke, I was accused of smoking, and forced to pay a fine.

A short-term hotel for young children. The police should take action. In just a few hours, many women entered with 2 men. It was terrible and the sheets were dirty too. I didn't stay there and chose to stay at another hotel.

Bad smell for the water supply.

Staff still have to get training on Excellence Service Hospitality for HK, Reception and Kitchen Staff. At least about Housekeeping Standards, How to Behave and Communicate at Reception, System, Food Presentation and Food Taste.

Stayed here for 2 days, the room was not cleaned, towels and toothbrushes were not replaced.

The staff is not friendly 🫠, the rest is all okay.

Strategic location and there is a lot of motorbike parking space, but it's just enough for cars, the room is okay, but I don't like the bathroom, the water doesn't seem to be PDAM water, because it smells of iron, like well water. Overall it's okay.
