The toilet stinks all the way to the room, the smell is unbearable, it's not suitable, it needs to be cleaned, the toilet equipment needs to be updated, the blankets need to be replaced, etc.

rude hotel staff. smelly room, not clean. lots of stains on the bedsheets. Broken toilet, no water flowing, leaking ceiling when it rains, water drips. TV only shows lots of ants.

The room is not clean and there are lots of mosquitoes

There are no extra pillows or towels. And there was a miscommunication from my side, Traveloka and the hotel. My request is early c/i. But it depends on the hotel's availability. And I also don't force early check-in. I just want to leave the goods at the front office. But the officer even gave me the key. So I took my things to my room and left. Just coming home. Confirmed that you were told to pay the early charge c/i.

The level of cleanliness needs to be improved, and the facilities need to be checked before receiving guests.

The staff was rude, the room was not cleaned before I stayed, the walls of the room were shabby and dirty, the room lock was slightly broken, the bathroom door was also broken and dirty, the TV display was bad, the pillows and sheets smelled like they had never been washed. I asked for a room on the upper floor but was given the worst room on the first floor. I've never stayed in a hotel this bad!

The sheets in the bedroom had lots of holes and lots of stains on them, then it felt like there were lots of mice running around in the room, so I couldn't sleep. The bathroom door couldn't close tightly because there was no door handle. Overall, everything else was good.
