Hopefully the management can improve in training all staff in "what is real hospitality & implement to guest, how to smile, how to make guest satisfaction" today's technology becomes smart TV, including checking the small volume of water coming out of the shower, soap and shampoo holders attached to the wall in the refill or should be taken out. Bathmats that are torn and unusable but still on display. The room is not soundproof, there are many gaps including under the fairly large room door, mattresses and beds that are not comfortable because they are loose and make noise. Overall security is also responsive in parking services & exiting the parking lot. Thank you.
