The AC in the room couldn't cool down, so we had to move to a smaller room.

The service and place is not good and dirty.

not according to the picture the mattress is not clean the pillow is not comfortable it's a bit creepy especially at night it's scary only the AC is cold the bathroom is quite good

Dirty, unkempt room, no tissues, no trash can, dirty sink, broken shower.

Sorry, I personally don't think it's suitable to stay here, the place is uncomfortable, the bathroom is dirty, the other room is stuffy, the smell isn't really good even though the AC is turned on. The price is really expensive considering the quality. Before you arrive, check out straight away. Came around 7pm 11pm check out.

Poor facilities and cleanliness or service.

Pintunya toilet ga ada kunci, lantai toilet tidak rata sehingga air bekas mandi menggenang. Dan ga di kasih sabun 😅.

Lokasi hotel dekat dengan wisata dalam kota Yogyakarta. Harga relatif murah. Kelemahan, tidak ada tissue dan tempat sampah. Karyawati berjilbab cenderung jutek, dimana tamu harus memberikan kunci kamar sendiri, dan saya protes karn tdiak sesuai dengan standar hotel. Akhirnya, dengan enggan, dia pun mau mengantarkan kunci hotel. Berbeda dengan karyawan pria dan petugas wanita berambut sebahu. Mereka normatif. Perlu adanya renovasi untuk bangunan dan ruangan lobi. Tempat penampungan sampah dibiarkan menumpuk di hotel, jadi terlihat jorok.

The room was dirty, lots of ants, the blanket had blood on it and it didn't look like it was washed, the bathroom was dirty, not clean.
