budget is proportional to the facilities provided. Clean water is smooth, cold AC, the environment is quite clean. Suitable for those who have needs in the port area, because it is quite close but safe from flooding even during the rainy season. The location is surrounded by a high fence and one access door in and out, so it is safe. The PR in my opinion is food, not many choices. Hopefully it can be better.

The only hotel around Belawan port, the price is almost equivalent to the quality of the hotel, new AC and TV, clean sheets, minus the water, the pressure is low, I checked in at 21.00 wanted to take a shower, the shower didn't come out of water, forced to take a shower with the toilet, the bathroom floor is concave, the shower rinse water is stagnant, needs to be improved for the quality, the price is adjusted, it's okay.

The AC is not cold enough. It's still an old building.

The staff is indifferent, the room is full of mosquitoes. The Wi-Fi facility is broken, the room is also lacking in cleanliness. Disappointing.

Untuk lokasi, penginapan ini berada di tempat yang riskan. Tapi puji Tuhan selama menginap kami tidak mengalami kejadian apapun. Staff cukup kooperatif, stand by 24 jam. Khususnya untuk buka tutup pagar. Sehingga keamanan cukup terjamin. Fasilitas yg didapatkan:- Kamar AC.- TV dengan siaran standar.- Kamar mandi shower.- Toilet duduk.- Sabun batang, sikat gigi.- handuk. Kamar tidak dibersihkan, kecuali diminta. Handuk diganti setiap hari.
