The hotel staff is friendly and responsive in serving. There is a free airport shuttle service without waiting long. For the rooms and corridors, it seems like they are rarely occupied so they smell a little damp, but the cleanliness is ok, the rooms are also spacious. The soundproofing is lacking, in the middle of the night you can hear your neighbors making noise

In my opinion, the hotel maintenance is lacking. The bathtub needs repair or replacement, the bathroom hot water is not functioning optimally, and the mattress needs to be replaced.

The service and cleanliness are good and comfortable. It's just that the check-in time is a bit long, even though we arrived at 5:30 pm and had previously confirmed that we would check in around 5 pm, maybe that's what needs to be fixed 🙏
