Room was not cleaned, bed sheets were dirty and had holes, everything was very sketchy. Liked The Song for the pool but would not choose sealala after this experience!

Booked a room at the last minute and then called to say the fire alarm was broken so they changed to 2 other rooms. Changed to 2 minutes later, it was as small as a mosquito's eye, 1 room with only 1 air conditioner, the room was dirty, the room facilities were poor, contacted to change the room but they didn't answer, kept saying they were busy, on the street. The customer booked a room at a high price and changed the room to a cheap, small, ugly room. They cheated and stole tourists' money but still managed to live peacefully. Whoever books a room, avoid this cheap, ragged room.

When booking a room, they said that the room I booked after the guest checked out discovered that the electrical line was broken and then changed my family to another apartment next door, not The Song Apartment. When I went to check in, the floor was not mopped, dust all over the house. When I called for help cleaning the room, they said yes and disappeared. My husband and I had to find a broom and a towel dipped in water to clean it so our feet wouldn't get dirty. Going out was like torture, very annoying (on top of that, there was also an early check-in surcharge of 100k. If the room was ok and clean, I would have been willing to follow the rules, but here, I was the guest and was still treated like this). There will be no next time for this place.

Booking The Song said that if the room was damaged and I had to pay an additional 100k to change the room, then someone helped me take me straight to CSJ, but the room was ugly and didn't even have a microwave. When I called booking, no one answered the phone, and no one responded to my messages. The day before I contacted them, they said someone would contact me today, but it was past 2:00 pm and no one had contacted me yet. When I called them, I had to wait another 30 minutes and then they took me to another area. What a disappointing experience.

Clean room. Friendly and enthusiastic hostess. Fully equipped with rice cooker, bowls, chopsticks, cooking utensils. There are also spare blankets and pillows. Very satisfied.

Nice room, new, just a short walk to the beach. When checking in, the staff will come to pick you up and give you the room card, the staff is handsome and thoughtful (10 points)

This place has very good facilities for the price, suitable for both couples and families. The location is near the beach, 5 minutes walk, near Lotte supermarket so there is no need to worry about food.
