The AC is dead but there is no response for repair or anything. 2 days using a fan. Payment is normal:(

The staff is not responsive & not ready. The homestay management did not prepare each room well. Even the most needed rooms are damaged, especially the AC which does not work. Do you have to wait for guests first before fixing the electricity & water? Wes Angel, I'm fed up & regret it
