friendly staff, good service, strategic location and close to culinary places, and also close to the mosque

The room was stuffy and the lights were out. The hotel did not have a generator, candles or emergency lights. Parking was cramped.

Suddenly the refund didn't match what was paid in the application

The AC is not cold, the bathroom is bad, the TV is just a display, there are no tissues, and only one hanger. Even though I have booked a room with a cheaper price than this but the facilities are better. Hopefully this criticism can be considered, thank you.

The hotel staff is friendly, close to the city center, the hotel building is old, needs repair. If you want to experience staying in an old-fashioned hotel, you can try it. Well, if it's for transit, it's enough.

Wifi quality needs to be improved.

The location is very close to the tourist pier, the room feels a bit damp and stuffy (maybe because it's an old model), and the bathroom is a bit narrow, if it's a short trip it's ok

The room has lots of mosquitoes, the TV is broken. Toll parking.

Old stock, hard mattress, bring your own bag to room, narrow parking.

Sebaiknya ditambah foto-foto kamar hotelnya supaya tidak terkecoh, sebenarnya untuk saat ini lebih tepat seperti losmen mungkin kalo dulu seperti hotel yang wah, mungkin karena musim liburan dan saya pesan mendadak jadi harganya lumayan tidak sesuai dengan kondisi kamar.

Pricey in its class. Didn't get a towel either.
