The service is lacking, the staff is indifferent, I happened to come all the way from Jakarta when I arrived at the location at 13:25 in the afternoon, wanted to check in at the same time the staff said I could only check in at 14:00 even though the room was empty and unused, is there no tolerance, I already said nicely that I came all the way from Jakarta to rest, the reason is that I can't stay at 14:00, I was told to wait for no clear reason, instead of being directed to the waiting room, he ignored me, said to come back at 14:00, After I waited I left the hotel location I came back to the hotel then I checked in and entered the room, and the room was dirty with lots of dust, the floor crust looked like it was mopped carelessly, the towels were not changed, there was white mold like someone had used it wet but not dried, the pillowcase smelled and was moldy like it hadn't been cleaned for 1 month, the condition of the blanket smelled like it was a mess, the condition of the bathroom was dirty, the toilet was also dirty.

For friendly service, but for cleanliness is not maintained, there are many bed bugs on the mattress, even though the mattress has been replaced, there are still some. Please pay attention to cleanliness.

Saya menginap di sini karena ini yang paling dekat dengan tujuan saya, untuk harga 300rb menurut saya tidak wajar dengan kondisi yang sangat kotor, sprei sangat kotor akhirnya saya minta ganti dan tetap kotor, kulkas yang sangat kotor serta tempat yang sangat berdebu, kebersihannya sangat kurang sekali, untung saya hanya memesan 1 malam, untuk pelayanan ramah si orang-orangnya. Tapi kebersihannya benar-benar bintang 1.

I rented a room at RedDoorz but the mattress had a lot of dirt on it, when the guard complained about it the guard just said the room wasn't selling and it was damp so there were lots of crap, if it wasn't selling anymore why sell it?
