staff is not friendly, expensive and not suitable for the budget

really really bad, the room is dirty, late check in, fine, late check out, fine, everything is money, always the service is really negative, the attitude is really bad, what's more, after moving to several rooms, the electricity is always problematic, I can only sleep at dawn, it's a long way from Brebes to Bogor, not satisfying

Good experience and comfy room

There were no towels in the room, the floor was dirty, the walls were dirty, there was trash in the bathroom, the room was hot by the window, the curtains were torn, there was no drinking water, there was no soap, the location of the Oyo office and the room were very far away.

Comfortable for resting during work holidays

The room was dirty, not clean at all, the paint was dirty, the pillows were very thin, there was no mat, towels, even drinking water which should be standard, we only got 1, it was really nice to be in the city center but not accompanied by cleaning facilities, etc.

The facilities, access, view and staff are all satisfactory, and very worth it for the price which is not too expensive.

Improve the cleanliness of the room, the bed sheets & pillows look unclean. Toiletries & towels should be provided in the room. The staff are friendly & fast response.

The room is poorly maintained, smells bad, the AC is not cold, only wind, the television is not working, yesterday's shower was also dirty and could not absorb running water.

For this price, it's quite worth it.
