First time checking in here, the service is quite friendly, the room is clean but not according to the photo, the sheets have stains and the toothpaste has expired 🤦🏻‍♀️ and also the position of the TV is not comfortable to watch until it hurts my head & eyes because it is almost to the ceiling 🤦🏻‍♀️ also for the glasses in the room are already stained, maybe they haven't been used for too long, towels are not available unless asked to the receptionist. Hopefully what is lacking can be fixed 🙏🏻 Thank you

The air conditioner/AC was not functioning properly, we asked to move rooms but it was not given.
