The staff is unfriendly, the AC needs repair so it doesn't feel cold, and toiletries are not available. Cleanliness is also lacking.

Room was neat and clean, hotel staff is also good and safe location.

The door is a bit hard to close, the sink can't be used because it's broken, the bed is dirty even though it's covered in plastic but it's a bit uncomfortable, maybe the hotel owner should improve the cleanliness.

Short stay for transit, no nearest food seller or minimarket make sure you have enough stock or order food online

Cleanliness is very poor, lots of dust and weeds, there are cockroaches in the bathroom, the shower doesn't come out, it's better to change it immediately, the towels are very dull

Penginapan yang lumayan untuk transit, pertama masuk receptionist dingin, tanpa ekspresi, ngk ada senyum, karena datang 1 jam lebih awal dikenakan tambahan 30rb. Dapat kamar AC ngk dingin, minta pindah kamar, tp ngk ada air mineral. Nanya ngk direspon. Pikir ulang kalau mau nginep di sini, mending cari yang lain.

Mas yang melayani tidak ramah, tidak standby saat kami check out. Padahal dia melihat kami turun untuk check out. Wifi tidak bagus koneksinya, agak jauh dari jalan raya ternyata. Buat backpacker yang tidak memiliki kendaraan agak repot.

Penginapannya kotor. Sampah dan putung rokok dimana-mana. Dari selepas isyak hingga subuh penghuni yang lain urak-urakan. Rame. Gedor-gedor pintu sampai terganggu tidurnya. Esok hari ada ujian pula. Sepertinya orang timur. Pihak pengelola acuh tak acuh terhadap masalah ini. Tidak nyaman. Sprei dan alas bantal lusuh. Kamar tidur pengap

Rekomendasi banget karena dekat dari pusat perbelanjaan, dekat dari terminal, di tengah-tengah antara bandara dan pelabuhan juga kok, pelayanannya oke, kamarnya bersih.

Kamar bersih nyaman dan tenang suasana nya. Ccok untuk mnyendiri.

Harga terjangkau, fasilitas kamar lumayan. Semua normal, hanya washtaffle yang tidak bisa digunakan dan handuknya bau apek banget. Selebihnya nyaman. Tapi suara token listrik bunyi dimana-mana. Harusnya setiap kamar dicek agar tidak terjadi seperti yang saya alami, kebangun dari tidur gara-gara kepanasan, ternyata AC nya mati karena token listrik habis.
