Check in at 9 pm. The room condition is messy. Dirty sheets and floor too. Not cleaned from previous guests. We waited 45 minutes for cleaning. The bathroom is very dirty. The room also smells musty. Will not sleep here again. Yesterday was forced because during the holiday all hotels were fully booked.

Good friendly service, nice view, relatively cheap price. Minus if you want to get hot water you have to walk far to the receptionist. Maybe you can pay attention again to the cleanliness of the floor and the sheets still have stains. In my room there was no bathroom mat even though in other rooms there was. Just put it in when someone wants to occupy the booked room, please pay attention to air circulation so that when you enter the room it doesn't smell and feel stuffy.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The view was really nice, but our room was not cleaned for the 2nd day, even though we had hung the hanger (to clean the room) on the doorknob, BUT there was no response from the hotel.

per room 500 thousand. I took 2 rooms near the swimming pool. But in the room there were no toiletries, the bathroom was soooooo dirty. It's really not worth it for a price that has reached 600 thousand per night. The AC remote is a Toshiba brand, the AC is a Midea brand... how can the AC work... oh my, I'm so disappointed. There's no lid on the toilet either. Oh my, I'm so disappointed 😑😑😑😑

If you know that the problem with the AC room is still given to the customer. We complained and were told that there was a problem with the AC. Finally moved rooms and on a different floor to the other room. I ordered 2 rooms. The TV in the other room couldn't be seen at all. Actually, it's a nice building. And the price is very cheap. But lacking in service.

Kamar kotor, seprei diganti tetapi lantai kotor banyak sampah dibawah kolong kasur, kamar mandi kotor dan bau. Memang ada harga ada rupa, harga terjangkau sekali kebersihan kamar tidak dijaga dan sedikit bau.
