Not well maintained, needs to refresh the facilities.

Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the rooms and the environment inside and outside the hotel.

Parking security is lacking, my car was pried open by someone, please be careful.

More to the cleanliness of the room smells musty.

The room is not very clean. The bed is hard.

Fast check in and check out service, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms.

Pelayanan cukup ramah, hanya saja kunci kamar selalu rusak dan tidak bisa dipakai, harus lapor lagi ke receptionis, 2 lift utama rusak dan harus lewat lift barang dengan kapasitas maximal 3 orang sehingga harus bergantian. Tidak ada teko listrik di kamar yang saya tempati, tidak ada air panas juga. Parkiran motor jauh, wifi tidak ada signal.

The rooms are very vintage, the bathrooms are dirty. Closet is cracked, sink is clogged.

Siap-siap aja check in di sini ga sesuai waktu, check in nya lama dari jam 2 sampe jam 4, kurang sat set pelayanan nya

Air shower kecil, handuk sudah 2 kali minta ga di antarkan, jaringan wifi lemah.

Hotel nya bagus dekat dengan Mall Cuma Sedikit Sepi Pengunjung Aja Yang Lain overall bagus.

The staff and receptionist are very nice and helpful. The location is very strategic. The downside is the cleanliness in the bedroom and bathroom area there are animals like small cockroaches, the telephone in the room does not work and the AC is not cold enough for me.

Semuanya baik, pelayanan baik. Hannya masalah pada air yamg berwarna kurning keruh.

Recommended hotel, cuman pas kami nginap fasilitas air panas masi dalam perbaikan. Tp masi ok pelayanannya. Bersih en sesuai sama yang di foto hotelnya.

The 2 times I've stayed here, I've been in the back room and right above Indomaret, I couldn't sleep until dawn, the people downstairs were chatting, I didn't remember the time until morning, screaming and laughing, it was very disturbing, we were made uncomfortable, it was hard to sleep🥲if the room was clean, it was good. okay fast service.

The staff is friendly but the condition of the hotel is bankrupt so it is an old hotel not recommended.

Hotelnya seperti kurang terawat, nginap di sini satu malam waktu bulan puasa, dapat makanan dikotakan, fasilitas kamar berfungsi seperti biasa.

Hotel lama yang kurang terawat, gak ada ramah ramahnya, nunggu kamar lama, 1jam an, padahal Check In malam. Kl gak niat, tutup aja.

There is no hot water, the breakfast is dry rice, the menu is just ordinary.

Kamarnya bau apek dan agak kumuh, mungkin karena hotel lama.
