The customer service was very rude and the reservation process was horrendous. In fact, the owner was very unfriendly and not helpful.

this customer just make this comment because we not allowed to book directly after we already give him chance to book directly,and suddently he just wants the money back after booking directly,and then wants to book directly again. which is make our confused and and scare of scam, but thank you for your review
