The staff is cheerful and enthusiastic. The resort has many amenities including an infinity pool and a clean private beach. The children love it. The breakfast also has a variety of dishes.

Last year I came here, the room and service were clean, I was very satisfied. But this year the toilets were not as clean as expected, I hope the resort will pay more attention. Because my family really likes to go to Doc Let, I hope TTC will always maintain good cleaning service like my first experience.

The short-haired receptionist and the senior manager were very nice in handling my booking. Here are my experiences with the room 1) I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights but had to call twice for room service to clean 2) Even though the bathroom had a closed door, the water still spilled out 3) I called for luggage check-out assistance but there was no one The other problem is that Vietnamese people are very noisy, I imagine a 5-star hotel but the guests are only 2-star

I took the experience bus to the resort, and the following problems occurred Few shuttle buses, guests walked from the outer gate to the reception hall. Halfway there, there was an electric shuttle bus, driven by staff. It passed us by, without stopping, without a single request to ask if the guests' luggage was heavy or not. It treated us like air. It took more than 10 hours to get to Doc Let and had to experience the first day like that, we were not very happy for the whole day The same thing happened when we returned, there was no shuttle bus to the big gate outside. When I asked, they said the Dsang bus was busy taking other guests inside from the room to check out. But no staff mentioned that there was a shuttle bus from the room to check out, I also walked from the room to the check out counter. Talking to guests but still using the phone. The staff's demeanor was really unspeakable. The spa is ok, the food is delicious. Plus points Hope they improve

The staff are very hospitable and attentive, from the reception to the F&B department. My family will come back for a vacation. Very suitable for families with small children. The facilities are new, comfortable and clean.

The staff is enthusiastic and attentive, especially the manager Thao who supports customers very enthusiastically. The campus is clean and very beautiful.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation here, the great points according to my family's personal assessment are: - Beautiful location, a very beautiful Doc Let beach, gentle sea, clean and wonderful swimming - The hotel room is spacious, reasonably arranged, the room view and the whole landscape of the resort are very beautiful and reasonable - About the food at the resort: buffet breakfast with a variety of dishes, very delicious, clean - My family had dinner outside at a seafood restaurant that locals often eat, 7km from the resort, the food was very delicious - this is also a personal suggestion There is still one minus point which is the room cleaning. My family stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, but the room cleaning felt not thorough and clean, this is a point to suggest to the management.

The staff is very enthusiastic. The surrounding residents are cheerful and simple. The restaurant right at the resort's entrance has affordable and honest prices. Within 1km, there are many delicious and cheap local restaurants.

There are few shops around the beach at night but the resort is beautiful, new and the staff is very enthusiastic.

Rooms are ok, but service and attitude of staff (from reception to housekeeping, lifeguard) are not friendly.

The breakfast is worse than a 3-star hotel in Mui Ne. The ice cubes are very dirty due to unfiltered water, the ice cubes melt into cloudy yellow water, I don't dare drink it. Old salad greens. Vegetarian stir-fried vermicelli, boiled potatoes, boiled vegetables and fried pork buns, eggs. 5-star buffet is just that! The room is tiny, about 30m2, but traveloka's advertising information says it's about 40m2. The default air conditioner is 25oC. If you want to stay cooler, bring a table fan! Room of omniscience! The swimming pool is small, sloping from about 1m down to the deepest depth of nearly 1.6m. The resort needs to put up a barrier because the baby cannot swim but jumping in from anywhere is 1m away (there is only 1 guy handing out towels) there is no staff. rescue watchman. There is a tinyzoo consisting of a few sheep, a few rabbits and a few goats.

To eat, you have to wait in line for your turn to eat. When it was time to eat, the food was gone, the food was not rich, quite disappointing about the experience. Receptionist is enthusiastic, nice view, bed is a bit small.

Perfect for relaxation, opposite there is a very good seafood restaurant, new and clean rooms, a bit less staff but it doesn't affect my vacation at all. Overall great comfort
