There was no internet, the bed had no top sheet, apartment was over run with ants including the bed, could have used a broom and dustpan to clean up as no maid service in 5 days, dogs running loose and crapping all over, kids running in the halls screaming till 3 in the morning, bed may as well have been a concrete slab it was so hard , could have used a small table and chairs in deck

The place and surroundings are very nice. Unfortunately the unit was not cleaned so we ended doing house cleaning and washing bedsheets and towels.

It’s a nice place but we found a scorpion and lizard inside, I communicated it but nothing was done to prevent further creatures from entering, we figure it out.

Good: The property is in a nice location. Most of the attractions in Mazatlan, from the beach to the shopping, to the historic center are an easy bus ride. This location has a secure gate with a guard. There is a beautiful and well maintained pool with a large area that is easy to watch for parents with small children up to pre-teens. The room was a nice size and clean when we arrived, and the bed was comfortable. There is a small store attached to the complex that has basic necessities for sale. Bad: There is a nightclub right beside the condo complex, so if you are a light sleeper that may a concern. On the weekend we could definitely hear the music. There isn't anything that is walkable from this location. There is a nice rainfall shower, but it doesn't have hot (or even warm) water. Although the host was quick to communicate, the follow-through of any promises made was lacking. There were no soap or shampoo when we got there and the shampoo was only delivered the following day (the soap never arrived). The shower drain was plugged and running it for more than 10 minutes actually flooded the room, which we found out the hard way. This drain still wasn't fixed when we left. The grounds around the complex are littered with trash Uncertain: The hot tub was out of commission. Not sure if it is getting worked on or just being abandoned. Because this is a condo complex, amenities and service are limited. Keep this in mind when planning and you will probably have a good stay.

I would stay here again. Overall, we had a great stay, but there are a few little things that could really improve the experience. The good: The employees were super friendly and helpful. Augustine, who runs the shop/restaurant on site, was FANTASTIC. He really made our stay great, and the store provided a convenient place to pick up water, food, and other necessities. There's also a spa for massages, facials and other treatments at the complex. I didn't have time to use it because of our schedule, but I stopped in, and it looked nice. Great location for accessing the Mazatlan Marina. Easy Uber ride to other places you might want to go. Room was clean and comfortable. No frills, but we didn't need any. The not-so-good but fixable stuff: We were only provided one towel each for 8 days. Between showering, the pool, and the beach, they got pretty gross. Now that I know that, I will bring more with me next time. The hot tub was broken the whole time we were there. Only two rolls of toilet paper were provided for the week. We ended up buying more. Again, I will just bring more with me next time. The not-fixable: There is a nightclub nearby that kept me awake all weekend from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. I am an admittedly light sleeper, so it might not bother other people. If you want to go to the nightclub, you are in a great spot. It sounded like people were having a great time :)

Just a place to sleep, they don't provide anything, not even toilet paper.

Elevator had issues.

It was a very spacious place, my girls and I loved staying there.

The only thing that I like was the pool, the rest was unsafe during the night whole area was totally dark poor illumination, during the day people working were very rude the room was vey dirty, the smell was horrible, and they refuse to clean it they said that they will clean it until we leave, since the beginning everything start bad, before I arrive to the place I was asked to pay 20 dollars, they send a e-mail with account number to make a deposit, I told them that I will do it when arrive to the place , since I didn’t deposit the 20 dollars they refused to give me the key I arrived around 10:30 pm and I was told that I have to come back the next day for the key even when I paid for the day of my arrival, they refuse to receive the 20 dollars at my arrival because the person at that moment didn’t have the acces to the office. (The 20 dollars were for cleaning the room,) I paid the 20 dollars the next day when the people had the access to the office, Due to the dark place I fell one of the nights I didn’t see the stairs near the office .

La habitación que renté no contaba con los servicios descritos en la descripción de la misma, se excusaron con que al no ser departamento lo que renté, era "obvio" que no contaba con tales servicios como cocina, horno, etc... Por suerte en cuanto llegué, lo reporté y rápidamente me asignaron otro hotel sin problema y de mejor categoría. Este lugar no lo recomiendo por su mala información y atención al cliente.

El único inconveniente es que terminaron de limpiar a las 4 de la tarde cuando mi entrada era a las 3 pm. Fue incómodo tener a la señora de limpieza ahí mientras nos instalábamos.

No tiene refrigerador como.aarece en foto. No dejan papel higiekico. No tiene internet . No dispone de canales de televisión. Si hay aire acondicionado. No hay cambios de ropa de cama en general buen lugar. Salvo esos detalles.

Creo la alberca debería ser libre las 24 horas

No tuvimos acceso al Internet wifi,

El departamento me encantó, 2 recamaras, camas muy cómodas,la sala muy bien, la cocina también, solo que no tenia cafera, se lo hice saber al host y al siguiente día me dejó en caseta una nueva, y la cocina tenia muy pocos utensilios para cocinar, solo dos sartenes y basico de platos y tazas
