Because it's far from the center, there aren't many amenities. It's more suitable for quiet, you can cycle to Rao coffee, see the vegetable village and eat Quang noodles at Xin Chao Hoi An restaurant nearby, the saleswoman is very approachable. The room is spacious, fully equipped, the owner is easy-going and allows guests to check out by themselves =)).
