I had the pleasure of staying at Kwetu Nairobi, Curio Collection by Hilton, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel’s location in Nairobi is perfect, with top-notch amenities. One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding dining experience at the hotel’s top-tier Asian restaurant located on the rooftop. The flavors were incredible, and every dish was prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail. It was truly a culinary delight! The hotel ambiance was vibrant yet relaxing, making it the ideal place to unwind with a cocktails, food, and board after a busy day. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was the staff. They went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, even giving us the opportunity to experience the cigar lounge after hours. It’s rare to see such dedication to guest satisfaction, and I was truly impressed by their hospitality. Overall, Kwetu Nairobi is a must-visit for anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Nairobi. I can’t wait to return!

Great customer service

Gorgeous new property! Set in a lovely quiet neighborhood (~spring valley) in Nairobi, near Westlands for shopping. Beautiful rooms, nicely styled, lots of amenities.including a house made coffee dacial.scrub brought at turn down, and excellent restaurant on site. We loved our short stay.

The customer service at this hotel is impressive. At check in I had a little tumble with no injury. Me , being a no fuss person thought nothing of it. To my surprise the staff informed the manager on duty who not only apologized for the incident but went over and above to give my partner and i a room upgrade. During checkout the following day, more upper management took time to find out how our stay was and seemed genuinely concerned about customer experience. The hotel is beautiful. I would recommend it and would definitely stay there again. Only criticism I have is the food. My lamb dish was tough… I expected better.
