Check in was a little weird. Reception was on the 12th floor and run by a guy in Tshirt and shorts with a laptop sitting at the bar. He was helpful in assisting me to get download an app for Room Key. Room was great. Larger than most, great bath room and extra large balcony. Breakfast was better than most the next day back on the 12th floor.

Everything was as expected.

I liked this place a lot. Only one recommendation - it will be helpful to add a few USB ports in the rooms, I couldn’t find any.

There was a problem with the digital key. It wasn't working. So , after an exhausting trip we couldn't get into the room. There wasn't any help available at first. There was a telephone number but nobody answered. After twenty minutes some stuff appeared in the lobby and helped us. They asked me to download another app for the key but that didn't work either. On the end we were given physical cards and could finally enter the room. Apart from that everything was nice. The breakfast was very good, even vegan options, which I appreciate.

Well recommended place

Let me get the main drawback out of the way - the check-in system needs work. The web app did not work and failed to scan our docs. The other app they made me download, for the door lock, did not work either on Android. We ended up getting physical key cards. Other than that, very spacious rooms. Modern and well appointed building. Excellent breakfast. Underground parking was also included. One other minor gripe was the lack of fridge / ice cubes.

The receptionist was awesome,very helpful with information. The room was very nice and clean.

Overall the stay at WN LAB was good but I did not like having to pay extra for an additional bed (an air bed) in the room which had been booked for 2 adults 1 child. Breakfast was Ok but the hot food was not warm enough to enjoy imo. The coffee machine also splattered me on two occasions! Note: the room does not have TV as standard. For a weekend break in Sofia the WN LAB hotel is in a good spot with bars and restaurants literally on your doorstep. Staff are polite, helpful and speak good English.

I didn’t like that we had to move two times because not all of the rooms had fridge or TV available. Second i didn’t like the parking area much because of the lightening there. It was a nightmare when we left the hotel.

I had a delightful stay at the WN Lab Hotel. They even have an amazing coworking space at the property so it’s perfect for business trips.

Todo muy informatizado sin llave de la habitacion fisica sino atraves de su app. Desayuno fantástico. Ubicación y vistas muy buenas.
