What an incredible place to stay. We were greeted and taken up to the room. The apartment was gorgeous and had everything you need. Fabulous stay!

We loved staying here. The staff was amazing. They were friendly, helpful and clearly wanted to make sure our needs were met. The property was clean, thoughtfully designed and a great location. We stayed here with our 2 children and the setup was just right.

Everything was perfect

Great place to stay in Andermatt. We were in walking distance to everything. My kids loved the sofa bed. It was huge ! We were greeted by the manager who waited for us since we were stuck in traffic. Only downside was the train station which you could hear if you are a light sleeper.

Some train noise but not too bad. Great spot otherwise. Very friendly staff.

Very convenient for both the train and the ski slope. The apartment was lovely, clean, and well equipped. We will stay here again for certain!

5 stars! The Base is extremely close to the main train station and the gondola, all a few steps out the door. The apartment was pleasantly clean and had a ski room to store my gear. The friendly gentleman at the front was super helpful and accommodating, he made the entire stay a wonderful experience for me. I will definitely come back to this property.

Beautiful apartment. Impeccably clean and shiny. Wonderful service. The front desk concierge was so warm and welcoming. A short walk to the lifts and train station. Kitchen was well equipped, however they need to add a can opener to the utensils.

Wonderful reaction upon arrival. Very comfortable. Conveniently located to all restaurants, downtown and literally across the tracks from the gondola
