Nice night out

It’s a great hotel! Our only disappointment was that the pool wasn’t available and we had our grandsons with us.

The room was dirty, particularly the bathroom, and in a basic way. There were hairs in the sink and the outside of the toilet was very dirty. To add to our experience, there was a fire alarm at 11:30pm, which woke us up, and as we rushed down and out, we found all the of the staff just chill and continuing to do their jobs. Even as the firefighters showed up. Turns out, this happens often, so they all just ignore the fire alarm…

Convenient situation and very quiet

The property condition would get 4 stars from me easily if it hadnt been for the not one but two fire alarms going off the one night.

Fun casino. Not much to do around the hotel though, cuz its Pickering lol

I’ve stayed at this location around 5 times and everything is constantly great. Great customer service, clean rooms. Overall great place to stay!!

Really nice place to stay but the pool area was closed and when I reserved the room it said it was going to be open but when we got there the dates had changed kids were disappointed.

Staff were helpful and quick to serve you.

We liked the room and access to the casino. Found it hard to find hotel and parking being there the first time. Staff where very nice.

The Pool is still under construction/renovations and I’ve went 3 times in the last 2 months and every time it’s not even finished

Wondeful newer hotel. Disappointed though that they still charge the full resort fee despite the pool being closed.

Nice little getaway.

This is an excellent choice if you are traveling to Pickering Ontario.The rooms are fabulous,,it’s very quiet,staff is very accommodating, .You do need your own transportation because it’s not near the subway or train.I enjoyed the option of gambling and even got lucky. I will definitely go back.
