It's good hotel I recommend

Pros: Clean New Location Cons: No fridge in room No proper window/balcony/place to dry clothes Poor sound isolation Very poor reception service. We were told we will get late checkout at additional fee - which is perfectly fine. But on checkout we were offered to book another night at full price as only option. Right now, we are waiting for reception stuff for over 30 mins to do that and if she does not show up in couple if more mins we are going to some other place.

I really enjoyed my stay here, it’s easy to get to with bus links to the Airport as well as Valletta and other areas. The Waterfront, Strand area is also a short walk away with plenty of food options available. The room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was also very nice with lots of options. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Building is quite noisy and room very hot

Amazing family run hotel in Gzira with wonderfull staff . Its located close to everything you could possibly need in terms of food and drink and is a two minute walk from the bus stop which will get you to Valletta.

Excellent service for the money,7 days all good

It was my first time in Malta and i could not have chosen a better hotel for the price I paid. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean with a spacious bathroom. The room had tea and coffee making facilties and i enjoyed a nice breakfast every morning. However the best thing about this hotel was the amazing staff, they were always pleasant and are an absolute credit to themselves. One thing i may change in future and this is not in any way meant to be a criticism is that i may ask for a delux room which i believe have a window out onto the street outside, mine didnt, in my case the window was into the lughting well and was a little dark sometimes. All in all i had a great stay at the Urban Isle Hotel and I wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

Very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast is always same, not even an item was different from other days. Need to change breakfast menu.

The staff was lovely and accommodating. The price was right and the included breakfast a plus. The location was great and many public transportation options.

Reasonably priced for Malta

Had a wonderful stay at Urban Isle hotel, staff members were lovely and very attentive at breakfast, good range of breakfast options. Location is very convenient to get to different parts of malta, and accessible to many dining options nearby. Overall definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you Urban Isle Hotel for making our stay very pleasant!

Friendly and helpful staff. Location excellent for transportation to Valletta.

What I like the most is the hotel sent welcome letter to explain things well. Hotel is also proactive to contact me about check in time. I was able to store my luggage.

A bit pricey but you get what you paid for. Hotel was clean and the staff were accommodating and helpful.

Great place to stay. Very quiet. Loved breakfast. Checkin process was easy. Will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is about a year old and in great condition. Check in was via a message as I arrived in the afternoon and the reception is not manned after lunch. Room was great and clean. Location is quiet but close to bars and restaurants.
