Description dont match perfectly

Horrible experience no AC in room, water from the kitchen sink and bathroom started pouring out brown with what looked like clay.. horrible room service they say the cleanjng come at 9am no one comes I have to put my trash outside and go downstairs for towels nd hygeine ...the room has no wifi and no room phone telephone. I have to go downstairs everytime and today the bathroom completely stopped working. Horrible experience would not recommend >> Stay away I come all the way from florida and this is the worst con artist hotel Ive seen in my lyfe.

I liked that you can wash your clothes and Breakfast

Las habitaciones son muy pequeña . Se suponia Que tenía una habitación de una pareja y me la dieron individual y quería cambiar pero me dijeron que no tenía aire condicionado, el servicio es excelente todas las personas son muy amables y buenas. Deben hacer una rampa para personas que tiene problema de la columna por el tema de subir escalones y las maletas. Mejorar espacios

Very nice location

I did not like the hidden fees and taxes they charge you once you checkout. They’re not transparent on many things. There’s a policy where guests (friends family) are not allowed after 6pm. No guests can stay overnight, doesn’t matter if it’s your brother or best friends. There is also no cleaning service provided unless you tell the reception each day for it, which they also failed to mention. No one came in to pick up trash, fix the bed, or even give you new towels/toilet paper. Breakfast was stated as “Buffet” but you’re only allowed 1 plate. The room was great but only the deluxe, they also don’t provide you water or snacks. Overall I would not recommend it since there is many places that will provide for you these amenities, I have never left a negative review but figured after my experience it was time. I would not stay at Indie Universe again unfortunately.

No air conditioner in the basic rooms but was cool outside

the main street is super loud and you have to have an open window and main door to let some air in. super hot. they dont clean the rooms the staff dont speak good english breakfast is a joke area is good but its medellin, lots of bums next to the hotel

Great experience.

There were no towels in the room and they did not know when they are getting new ones. The rooms are very tiny. No AC, just a tower fan with no outlet to plug it in. Outles was over the bed, super high. This hotel looks nice on pictures however very diffrent in person. Never heard of a hotel that shares bathroom and kitchen. We had 2 rooms and then later booked a 3rd one in a hurry not noticing this one had shared bathroom and kitchen. We tried to cancel and book a complete room but they wanted to over charge for the rooms. Pay close attention when booking at this place. The person at the front desk was not pofessional. They were al over each other while there were guest in the hotel lobby.

Electrical outlets are very bad located, there is were some floor fan but it is impossible to connect them due to the electrical outlets location. TV just had 1 local channel. Breakfast was ok but it could be improved

I spent 10 days in Colombia and I did alot of things. However, this place is one of the biggest highlights of my trip. I highly recommend to everyone travelling in Medellín.

The breakfast ladies were the best! Super friendly and kind! Everyone at the front desk was nice but a girl named Laura seemed to always have an attitude, girl was rude for no reason.. on my check out she literally told me “that’s it you can go” again.. rude And what I really think needs improvement are the towels…. NOT ONE TOWEL WAS CLEAN, some had holes big enough for my hand to go through them… clean towels are a must at a hotel, not ripped stained towels. Julian , Christian and Sofia all helped me out kindly!
