The bed was very uncomfortable, in room 415, I dont now if it was very worn out or what but it was like a banana bed and I did not get any rest. Shame because I liked this hotel, this was my 3rd stay.

Overall, great property for the price. I was amazed that the room was so big for the price. Also, good AC, lighting, and huge bathroom which is a huge plus! Nice pool and small gym too. The only downside is the area, which is super far from the town center, and there arent really buses around. You gotta walk a out 8-10 minutes for a bus I’d say. Also feels like its in the middle of nowhere, which could be a good or bad thing based on how one sees it to be honest.

This hotel is excellent! Front desk are friendly and helpful and the rooms are elegant and luxurious. The breakfast is also excellent and has a wide variety of foods

The rooms are totally fine. My main issue is the air conditioning in the rooms has a preset level and its not cold enough. For some people I am sure its not an issue, but for us we couldnt get the hard limit on the ac to cool off the room. Its the typical we dont wanna allow you to run the ac and control the electricity of eqch room type of environment. Room was clean, food at the restaurant was cool, sweated all night because not cool enough. Wont return because of that

The new property, everything looks like it was opened yesterday, the room had too strong a smell after cleaning, so I left the air conditioner for a couple of hours on. The staff is friendly and attentive, great service in the restaurant, the food is excellent, good spa with a pool and Finnish sauna. Do not leave your belongings in the spa, you might not get it back. I left my sauna hat and the next morning when I had to leave I asked whether somebody found it and the staff said that they had not seen it. I wonder who might need an old woolen sauna hat for God's sake...

Very nice place convenient location one of the newer hotels very clean footed the restaurant is excellent I’m sure I’m gonna miss spell her name, but but young lady named Bogumil at the reception was very courteous and helpful Overall staff did amazing job I definitely recommend this place and will stay here next time I’m in the city

We arrived before check-in time (3 pm) as per hotel policy. Unfortunately, we had to pay PLN 70 to check in 2 hours earlier, i.e. 1pm. The breakfast was good, we had lunch in the hotel restaurant on the day of arrival, we ordered fish soup, which was terribly salty and we could not eat it, while we were not offered anything in return, we paid for food that we did not eat. In general, the hotel is new, clean, close to the airport. When ordering a hotel, I chose the one that provides a free shuttle to the airport, but this service was also not provided.
