B.E.A.U.T.I.F.U.L Right across from ferry so good if you want to get over to Isla Murjes. Bus stop 1 min away if you want to go down to downtown strip

It's near to Playa Tortuga. Price seems vary reasonable. Apartment was very clean and owner provider all the necessary amenities.

The welcoming was top notch. Before arrival the owner reached out with information on how to get into the apartment. The room has a wow effect. I know English is not there language but the staff made effort to communicate. Thank you Inma and your staff.

Takh308 was an amazing stay. The host was ver communicative at every step of the way. The condo is beautiful and in a very new and modern building. Location is great. Super close to the bus and there is a oxxo store and a pharmacy right downstairs. I would stay again on my next trip to Cancun for sure.

Is safe and clean

Property is very clean, modern, and stunning rooftop with gorgeous 360 water view and beautiful pool. 24hrs security so you'll feel very safe. The Property is central located from all the action few steps across street ferry to isla mujeres, 24hr convenient store, 6min bus ride to the strip/coco bongo no need for taxi from this property conveniently located. Had a pleasure to meet owner in person she's very sweet n great communication!!! She's alway willing to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. Looking forward to staying here again next time in cancun!!!!

Checking in late can be a real hassle, because the owner requires payment upon arrival but may not be there to receive it herself. We had to make a deposit to her account at a convenience store prior to arrival. At least the owner is very communicative. The concierge's mandatory bracelet policy is also weird. No complaints regarding the property itself, which was very comfortable.

Overall great experience, property is nice and well kept, and the owner is nice and very attentive with communication.
