The Radisson Red is situated in an excellent area.Everything about the hotel is simply amazing, including the friendly and accommodating personnel, the chic and contemporary furnishings, the spotless rooms, the excellent food and wide variety of wines, and the lively atmosphere. Next year, we will undoubtedly return to Radisson Red to commemorate our wedding anniversary. Therefore, a huge thank you to Ivica, the general manager, who is very involved and responsive. The front desk manager Armen, Saba, Giorgi, and their other female coworkers make up a fantastic team. The young, amiable Girunda at breakfast and the young men on the night shift, who were always there for us, were among the restaurant staff. The event planners and the housekeeping crew are an excellent team.

Clean, comfortable, good food. Looked nice. One issue where computer glitch indicated my room was unoccupied so I got woken by a would be hotel guest. But they were very apologetic (complimentary bottle of fizz) and extremely helpful when leaving the hotel.

The hotel is fabulous … but there is no parking if you have a car. Sure I’ll be here again.

Overall this property is a good place to stay. Very walkable to most locations in old Tbilisi. Hotel host/manager was fantastic! Went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable! Cleaning staff was a little slow and didn’t clean our room until very late in the day. Overall the staff and facilities were very good.

Great new hotel with excellent service

Wonderful staff made everyone feel at home. Interesting building and layout. Great location that is convenient for the metro but not excessively “touristy”. Guests sensitive to noise should be aware that the hotel has a restaurant in an internal courtyard and one side also faces on to a narrow but very busy road. Rooms have excellent sound proofing and I’m sure staff can accommodate requests for rooms in other parts of the hotel. A very enjoyable stay.

Great new hotel with wonderful service, fantastic staff, spacious rooms

The rooms are spacious and quiet, the area around is pretty decent ..about a 10 minute walk to the metro. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok, nothing special, but was included. Price is reasonable, so would definitely stay again in a future trip.

Nothing was unique in particular. But we got our money’s worth. Staff was helpful, friendly but professional.
