The hotel was nice and clean. The front desk clerks were helpful, friendly and had great customer service. The location was good.

It was quiet, walkable to the Rainey St. Good staff members. The only thing we did not like was the rooftop,, the floor is uneven.

We will definitely be back! We did the early check-in online which made the actual check-in process a lot easier and our room was ready a little earlier too! Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh and had a great variety. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Overall well priced hotel close to downtown and everything you need to get out of Austin. Would definitely stay here again.

Fairfield was a great choice for a random night in Austin. I wish it had a pool not just a rooftop terrace. Super great proximity to bars, nightlife, and lady bird lake.

Had to come to Austin a day early prior to my bachelor party. This hotel was perfect for one night stay. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Nice rooftop and gym. My one complaint is the bathroom had old school shower tub combo that I hate. Wish it was just a modern shower Staff was friendly and accommodation.

The only reason I said noisy because our room faced the highway, but wasn’t awful. We were on the 13th floor. If traffic noise bothers you I would request an interior room. Location is great. Walk out back door right on Rainey Street which was cool

Not family friendly

The room was clean and beds comfortable. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. The front desk was AMAZING and able to help any way possible. Note that the rooms facing I-35 have highway noise, but earplugs are offered in the room. Also, the towels are not soft, but are clean. $45/night for parking seemed steep and the garage entry is a challenge to find initially.

Had a meeting here and was very happy with the convenience. Our room unfortunately faced the courtyard and was very loud (music). Otherwise, no complaints. Room was clean, staff was very helpful. We had a good trip! I would stay here again.
